End User License Agreement (EULA)

License Grant:

The underlying NethSecurity software is licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0 (GPL-3.0). This marketplace offering provides access to a pre-configured instance of NethSecurity. Your purchase grants you the right to use this instance according to the terms below.

Usage Rights:

This offering provides you with: 1. Access to a pre-configured NethSecurity instance on Google Cloud Platform 2. The convenience of hourly billing through Google Cloud Marketplace 3. A deployment configured for immediate use with Google Cloud

You maintain all rights granted by the GPL-3.0 license regarding the NethSecurity software itself, including the right to modify the software. However, this commercial offering through Google Cloud Marketplace is subject to the following limitations:

Usage Limitations:

  1. Your payment is for the convenience of the pre-configured cloud deployment and associated infrastructure
  2. Redistribution of this specific marketplace offering is not permitted
  3. Your subscription is specific to your Google Cloud account and may not be transferred

Open Source Rights:

As required by the GPL-3.0 license, you can obtain the source code for NethSecurity at https://github.com/NethServer/nethsecurity. You maintain all rights granted by the GPL-3.0 for the software itself, separate from this marketplace offering.

Termination:

Your right to use this marketplace offering terminates if you cancel your subscription. The GPL-3.0 rights to the underlying software are perpetual and do not terminate.

Liability:

The software and this marketplace offering are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Neither the software authors nor the marketplace offering provider are liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the software or this offering.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Google Cloud Marketplace Policies for this Product

Plan Change and Cancellation Policies:

Plans are billed on a daily basis with a minimum commitment of one day.

Free Trial:

A free trial is available upon request. The free trial will be processed after your product is launched on Google Cloud Marketplace.
