Gifs can be used to instruct any set of tasks. This is an experiment in testing out the ability to teach a new skill using instructional gifs. A work in progress. ( Tip: Crtl+Scroll = Zoom. )

Qigong

Yoga

Calisthenics

"Calisthenics is a form of strength training consisting of a variety of movements that exercise large muscle groups (gross motor movements), such as standing, grasping, pushing, etc. These exercises are often performed rhythmically and with minimal equipment, as bodyweight exercises.
